Technical Advisors to the Funders Hiltron were appointed in 2005 as Technical Advisors to the Funders, lead by MacQuarie’s Financial Services, for the Oxford Churchill PFI Project, a large £109M development principally focused on Oncology and related services, including 5 linear accelerators and extensive diagnostic imaging.
